Discharged from the A&E with “just a concussion” and armed with only an A4-sized head injury advice sheet, Aaron grappled alone with debilitating symptoms such as heightened sensitivity to motion and noise, along with severe headaches that intensified whenever he tried to concentrate. Every facet of life from work to rest to play was brought to a grinding halt.

This was until he attended Theo’s concussion clinic ― Theo conducted a thorough assessment of the root causes of his symptoms and provided Aaron with a bespoke structured rehabilitation programme ― and in time Aaron made a full recovery. Following this experience Aaron and Theo decided that everyone with a concussion should have access to gold standard care and rehabilitation.
